Your Responsibilities :

As a

Finance Specialist

for our team, you will perform the following activities and responsibilities :

General financial management – Bookkeeping, controlling, process optimization, among other financial related duties

Bill according to subscriptions plans and contracts to the different customers

Comply with the Group´s policy related to Purchases (PO Approval process)

Implement internal processes and activities that ensure the best possible delivery

Maintaining accurate records regarding payments to suppliers and collections from customers

Booking the received invoices into Netsuite according to Group´s policies

Keeping accurate records and prepare appropriate reporting

Book payroll journals (holidays and bonuses provisions, etc…)

Cash management and cash reporting

Prepare and post properly prepayments and payments in advances, deposits, etc….

Booking the fixed assets purchased and prepare the amortization plans

️ ♂️ What We're Looking For :

Experience & Technical skills :

2+ years of experience in accounting department (ideally international company)

2+ years of proven experience in collections department

Knowledge of tax system

Experience in Oracle NetSuite ERP (nice-to-have) or any other ERP

Experience in Salesforce

Data-driven

Microsoft Excel advanced level (pivot tables, conditionals, vlookup, etc…)

Knowledge in and management of databases

Certain knowledge of danish tax system

Experience in Oracle NetSuite ERP (nice-to-have)

Data-driven

Microsoft Excel advanced level (pivot tables, conditionals, vlookup, etc…)

Knowledge in PowerBI tools and management of databases

Languages :

Swedish and English proffesional level.

Communication :

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Display initiative, self-motivation and deliver high-quality work while at the same time, meeting all deadlines for both internal and external suppliers

Interpersonal Skills :

Ability to collaborate in a diverse and dynamic environment.
