Expert Backend Developer Wanted

Descripción del trabajo8+ years of experience in leading backend projects and owning architecture. Proven track record at Staff / Principal / Lead level (or Senior in a larger organization). Deep expertise in Python and Django – substantial experience in shipping impactful products. Comfortable working with AWS and containerized infrastructure. Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset. Excellent communication skills in English. Experience or interest in AI development platforms. Team leadership experience – mentoring others or managing teams in the past. Competitive compensation package. Health insurance and meal allowance. Hybrid working model (2 remote days per week). Technical Lead Position
We're seeking a skilled technical lead to drive our backend development efforts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement scalable backend systems using Python / Django.
- Collaborate with infra and security teams to make architecture decisions.
- Manage infrastructure, including AWS services like RDS, ECS, and Kafka / MSK.
- Take ownership of projects from conception to deployment, exercising autonomy and accountability.
