Senior Salesforce Software Engineer

About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team.Job OverviewThis is a full-time on-site position for a Salesforce Developer located in Barcelona. We need someone with technical expertise to design and develop custom Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).Responsibilities : - Design and develop custom software solutions using declarative and programmatic tools.- Customize and extend Salesforce functionalities.- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware tools.- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployments.- Optimize and refactor existing code and processes for better performance and maintainability.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the Salesforce platform.- Work closely with administrators to ensure cohesive system configuration and performance.- Contribute to documentation of technical designs and best practices.- Collaborate with QA for unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.- Manage version control and deployment processes using tools like Git, SFDX, and CI / CD.- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.Requirements : - Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform.- Experience with Salesforce development tools.- Familiarity with version control systems.- 1 year of experience as a Salesforce Developer or equivalent development experience.- Experience working with Salesforce APIs and integration tools.- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Proficiency in Spanish.- English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.- Willingness to continue learning and growing within the Salesforce ecosystem.Benefits : We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including opportunities for career growth and professional development.What We're Looking For : - A motivated and technically skilled individual with a passion for Salesforce development.- Someone who can work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.- An individual who is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce developments and best practices.
