The Role

The Transformation Director will drive and oversee the company’s transformation initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring OLX remains competitive and innovative in a rapidly changing market. The Transformation Director will work directly with the executive team to develop and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency, drive growth, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

The role will report directly to the OLX’s CEO.

Responsibilities

Help to develop and execute a comprehensive transformation strategy aligned with OLX’s vision and business objectives.

Collaborate with the executive team to identify and prioritize transformation initiatives.

Lead the development of a transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.

Drive company performance management and organizational change by promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and technologies.

Communicate transformation goals and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and process improvements across the organization.

Monitor and measure the impact of transformation initiatives, ensuring they deliver the desired outcomes.

Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.

Engage with external partners and industry experts to bring in new perspectives and insights.

Key Skills and Experience

Proven experience in a senior leadership role, with a track record of driving successful transformation initiatives or relevant management consulting experience.

Strong understanding of business transformation, change management, and operational excellence.

Top-class project management skills - ability to run large-scale initiatives involving different organizational functions.

Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.

Experience in the digital or online marketplace industry is preferred.
