Position : Field Technical Engineer (País Vasco : Rioja, Navarra, Santander, Asturias)

Purpose of the Job

Provide technical support to Sales Representatives and customers regarding Abbott Medical products.
Assist with educational wet labs for physicians.
Ensure compliance with all EMEAC Business Ethics, Regulatory, and Quality procedures.

Roles & Responsibilities

Support physicians across the national territory with equipment and assistance.

Support physicians during clinical study enrollment and follow-up, collaborating with the Therapy Marketing Group.

Conduct product presentations and training on new products.

Support the Sales team and analyze competitors' devices.

Maintain updated marketing databases and produce monthly activity reports.

Represent the company professionally, adhering to quality procedures.

Provide market feedback to the Sales Department.

Maintain business operations in accordance with corporate policies, including pricing and expense reporting.

Assist in building the yearly operating plan and support other areas as needed.

This position requires approximately 25% travel. It involves direct contact with customers.

Education & Competencies

University Degree in Biomedical Engineering or Biotechnologist, with hospital / operating room internships preferred.

High-level English proficiency (C1 Advanced).

Medical background and computer skills (Microsoft Office) are advantageous.
