The Role & What You Will Be Doing

Every day we rise to the challenge to make a difference and heres how the Marketing Trainee role will make an impact :

Coordinate the process of delivery of promotional materials to the sales team.

Support the marketing team in the creation of promotional materials with the COE.

Support events and congresses

Lead and coordinate the invoice management purchase orders etc.

Coordinate Pharmacy Business Unit meetings

Management and follow up of contracts.

Support in the digital tactical plan for each brand

Control and monitoring of marketing budget expenditure .

Market Analysis Viatris performance and Competitors : sell-out data investment pharmacy benchmark social media etc.

Forecast review

Added Value services competitors benchmark

Support the marketing team with the Generics and OTC business

About Your Skills & Experience

For this role were looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications skills and experiences :

Bachelors degree in Business Administration

Currently being enrolled in a Masters degree course in a Marketing related area

Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word Excel and power point).

Advanced English level both written and spoken.

Collaboration agreement between the University and the company.

Skillful with processes and tools.

Good understanding of marketing principles.

Problem solving mindset

Organizational skills

Good teamworking skills

Prioritization

Analytical skills
