Admin Co-ordinator – Partnership Marketing (SailGP)

We're looking for an organised, reliable and proactive Coordinator to support ROCKWOOL's global partnership marketing activities - specifically our SailGP sponsorship. This is a full-time position, based in ROCKWOOL's Barcelona office.

You'll sit within the Partnership team, playing a key role in keeping the wheels turning behind the scenes of our global project, from hospitality to logistics, travel, merchandise, budgeting and event operations. You'll juggle multiple priorities, work with internal teams and external partners, and help ensure our project activities run smoothly and deliver maximum value to ROCKWOOL.

This is the job

Hospitality and event support : Support in coordination of hospitality experiences and guest management for SailGP events, including but not limited to invitations, RSVPs, travel, ticketing and on-site support where appropriate.

Travel and logistics : Arrange travel, accommodation, and local logistics for ROCKWOOL Racing team members, partners and guests.

Merchandise stock management : Support production, ordering, inventory tracking, and distribution of branded merchandise items for SailGP events and other partnership activities.

Admin and Budgeting : Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing related to partnership activities; maintain clear and accurate reports and records.

Operational support : Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth delivery of partnership activities.

Team support : Provide general day-to-day support to the Partnership team as necessary, including meeting coordination, reporting and other tasks to keep things moving.
