Responsibilities Advise on contractual matters and provide regular reports to Commercial Director and Project Director.
Develop commercial strategies to drive revenue growth while minimizing costs.
Set financial targets, develop budgets, and monitor performance using key metrics.
Provide commercial input into procurement strategies and evaluations for construction projects.
Qualifications Relevant industry experience : 10-12 years in a comparable position.
Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or relevant business degree.
Ability to spot opportunities for growth.
Experience leading cross-functional teams of professionals.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities Review notices and contractual correspondence.
Prepare upstream claims and review downstream claims.
Have perfect knowledge of Project Agreement and Subcontract Contracts conditions.
Be responsible for Subcontract Contract scopes of works, T&C, and its negotiation.
