Overview We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Customer Success Executive - Dutch Speaking (m / f / d) , who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Customer Success Team.
Your role in BizAway As a Customer Success Executive, you will manage a portfolio of BizAway clients in the BENELUX market, ensuring they are onboarded successfully, adopt the platform, renew contracts, and expand their usage. Your main responsibilities will be :
Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring satisfaction, renewal, and upsell opportunities
Deliver seamless onboarding by tailoring BizAway’s onboarding resources (guides, webinars, playbooks, training sessions) to each client’s needs
Track client health through usage data, dashboards, and NPS / CSAT surveys; anticipate risks and mitigate churn
Drive adoption of BizAway’s platform, ensuring clients maximize value from our solutions
Proactively identify and act on upsell opportunities to expand client usage and revenue
Collaborate closely with Sales, Support, and Product teams to ensure a smooth client experience and bring client feedback into the business
Proactively suggest actions and campaigns to improve the customer journey and enhance growth
Your basic qualifications
You are fluent in English and Dutch
You have 1+ years of experience in B2B
