Overview
We are looking for a Dutch speaking Customer Service & Technical Support Advisor with English.
Purpose of the role : We would like to have experts to become ambassadors of our brands. We would like our experts to provide 360º support to all our brands in presales and aftersales scenarios, (including physical stores and e-commerce), basic technical support for troubleshooting and backoffice tasks.
Responsibilities
Provide 360º support to all our brands in presales and aftersales scenarios, including physical stores and e-commerce.
Provide basic technical support for troubleshooting.
Perform backoffice tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Requirements : Dutch language at C2 level; Advanced level of English; good listening and understanding capacity; empathy; customer focus; problem solving and technical learning; integrity and trust; conflict management.
Desirable experience : Digital (user level) / e-commerce user; cross-selling; up-selling; social media user; experience in in-store service to consumers on product categories (desirable).
Desirable Skills : Process Excellence; Collaboration; Communication; Emotional Intelligence; Open Mindedness; Critical Thinking; Solution Orientation; Entrepreneurship.
Offer
Benefits : 38.5h / week, rotating shifts from Monday to Friday, from 08 : 00 to 18 : 00.
Salary : 24,659.54 gross per year.
