What you will do

• Develop and implement an innovative and effective IS strategy for the Product Engineering function that aligns with the overall business objectives of HORSE.
• Identify and implement new technologies, tools, and processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance user satisfaction.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of IS solutions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Provide support for the planning, design, and delivery of solutions and services with consistency and excellence.
• Launch, lead, and manage IS projects, ensuring they are delivered on-time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Ensure Product Engineering IS solutions fully align with business and operational requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Implement metrics and KPIs to measure the performance of IS solutions and identify areas for improvement.
