Field Service Engineer

Overview

As a Field Service Engineer your main functions / tasks will be :

Responsibilities

• Be relied upon for troubleshooting support for non-routine problems in the system.
• Responsible for the maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical components.
• Responsible for the maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical control components.
• Communicate with various parties on the work performed and present status of specialty systems.
• Interpret engineering drawings in reference to layout, location, and operation of the system.
• Execution of preventive maintenance (both electrical and mechanical).
• Reporting of executed maintenance activities.
• Analysis of system errors.
• Replacements of machine spare parts.
• Reporting of problems and maintenance activities that need attention.
• Attending to call outs, faults, alarms, and warnings and monitor system from the Control Room.
• Compliance with all Vanderlande programs, policies, and procedures.
• Perform other duties / assignments that might be occasionally required by the management.
