Who Will You Work With:

Our client is a well-established technology-driven organization focused on building secure, scalable, and resilient cloud infrastructure to support enterprise-grade solutions. You will work with a high-performing DevSecOps and Cloud team, contributing to the ongoing development and enhancement of cloud environments across multiple platforms.

About the Role:

As a Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure using tools and practices aligned with DevSecOps principles. This includes working across public cloud platforms, container orchestration, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD pipelines. The role is based in Madrid, Spain with an initial -month contract, offering strong potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, deploy, and manage scalable and secure cloud infrastructure across AWS and Google Cloud Platform.

• Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform and CloudFormation.

• Design and support CI/CD pipelines (, GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline).

• Manage container-based deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.

• Ensure strong OS-level management for both Windows and Linux environments.

• Support cloud networking and apply security best practices in all aspects of infrastructure.

• Work with configuration management tools to maintain consistency across environments.

• Apply DevSecOps practices to integrate security at every stage of the software lifecycle.

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform.

• Strong knowledge of Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar IaC tools.

• Practical experience with CI/CD tools like GitLab CI and AWS CodePipeline.

• Solid expertise in Windows and Linux operating systems.

• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.

• Understanding of cloud networking and cloud security fundamentals.

• Familiarity with any configuration management tools (, Ansible, Chef, Puppet).

• DevSecOps mindset with a focus on automation, security, and scalability.
