SAP Support Engineer (m / f / x) Department : Customer Support

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for customer queries regarding our mission-critical B2B application. Through your expertise, you will help our customers maximise the value of our automation software. We foster a collaborative environment where continuous improvement is key, so we work together in the office at least three days per week.
Independently handle and evaluate customer inquiries via our support portal.
Ensure high-quality service by proactively identifying and resolving technical challenges.
2-3 years of experience working in SAP and with ABAP.
~ Ideally experience in QA or 2nd level technical customer support (API support or similar).
~ Familiarity with Request-Response Patterns (REST and / or SOAP) and relevant tools (Postman and / or Selenium).
~ Strong technical aptitude and enthusiasm for automation software.
~ Fluency in English (written and spoken).
