Key Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications
Proficient in English, with a minimum of B2 level competency
Prior experience in hospitality or other customer-facing environments is preferred
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to stay organized and efficient in a dynamic work setting
Comfortable using digital tools and communication platforms
