💬 Languages : Advanced German + Advanced English (C1)

💼 Contract : Permanent | ⏰ Schedule : Mon–Fri, rotating shifts between 9 AM – 6 PM

🧭 YOUR MISSION

You'll be the voice of our client — a leading financial institution — providing top-tier customer service in both German and English , via phone and email.

✅ WHAT WE´RE LOOKING FOR

Advanced German speaker (minimum C1)
Advanced English (minimum C1)
Previous customer service experience
Based in Madrid or willing to relocate

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

Permanent full-time contract (39h / week)

€22,000 gross annual salary + 1.500 euros in a sign bonus

2-month trial period

Monday–Friday rotating schedule (9 AM–6 PM)

Paid on-site training (Mon–Thurs, 8 AM–8 PM)
