Energy Efficiency Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Energy Efficiency Specialist to join our team in Madrid, Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert technical leadership and support across industrial heating and steam systems.

Responsibilities

• Train teams on energy audits and thermal demand simulations for heating and steam systems
• Validate and recommend optimal thermal equipment and SCADA controls to maximise efficiency
• Guide the preparation of technical and economic proposals, including analyses
• Support tender management and contract closure with clients and suppliers, ensuring compliance with standards
• Assist local teams with construction follow-up, works acceptance, and punch list management on key projects
• Coach and develop Energy Efficiency engineers and managers
• Engage with clients and providers for major projects as needed
