Marketing Data Analyst (Ticketing & CRM)

Do you have a passion for sport — and ideally tennis? We want to build a global database of fans and ticket buyers, and we are looking for someone to help us transform it into actionable information to improve the user experience and business performance. Therefore, we are looking for an analytical mind who is knowledgeable of BI and AI to perform deep analysis and set up data CRM for our B2C business. You will join our Marketing department and in coordination with the ticketing responsible across events.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your mission will be to lead the analysis of ticketing and CRM data to better understand our fans, optimise sales campaigns, and identify growth opportunities in different tournaments and markets. How?

• Capability to evolve the CRM to incorporate new data points across different ticketing platforms (we normally use third party ticketing platforms, but we could eventually develop one inhouse).
• CRM set up to have a single repository of information with the objective to insight extraction of different ticketing platforms of all our events, also targeted campaigns to do cross-selling and up-selling initiatives across our events.
• Analytical capabilities to create insightful information from the CRM and the ticketing platforms using AI or BI tools.
