Head of Data & Analytics APAC

What the day will look like

As the Head of Data & Analytics APAC, you will play a pivotal role in guiding Aon’s analytical capabilities, leveraging data to uncover growth levers, optimize business processes, and solve complex analytical challenges. You will ensure that data strategy aligns with organizational goals and drives the development of data culture, policies, and governance, championing data-driven decision‑making and fostering collaboration across various business units. As the APAC D&A Leader, you will manage a team to deliver Data & Analytics capabilities to Aon’s business. You will lead, develop, and maintain the data and analytics strategy for the region, working to enhance efficiency, execution, and colleague experience. Working as part of a global function, this role involves building stakeholder relationships, driving a modernization of data analytic tools, as well as driving the development, implementation, and promotion of data governance and quality frameworks and strategies.

Stakeholder Relationships :

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align analytics initiatives with business objectives and requests and work closely to achieve delivery of quality outputs.
• Supervise team performance, development, and task delegation.
