We’re partnering with a

fast-growing, private equity–backed gym group

to hire a

Head of Data

You’ll lead the company’s data transformation — building governance, engineering, and BI capabilities (Power BI, Azure, Fabric) to enable data-driven decision-making. This is a

hands-on, high-impact leadership role

reporting to the CIO.

We’re looking for :

Experience leading data functions (Head / Director / VP level)

Background in multi-site or consumer businesses (fitness, retail, hospitality, etc.)

Strong Microsoft stack, Python & SQL expertise

Track record in data governance, migration & analytics
