Primary Responsibilities

• Market research : Conduct research on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscapes to support strategic decision-making.
• Financial modelling and valuation : Support the development and refinement of financial models and valuation analyses to assess potential deals.
• Data analysis : Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to potential acquisitions and strategic initiatives.
• Document preparation : Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Project management : Contribute to the management of M&A projects, including tracking progress, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
