We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Field Service Management Expert for one of our customers who has an expertise in :
- Lead technical design and delivery for end-to-end ServiceNow FSM implementations.
- Conduct requirement workshops, assess current processes, and map business needs to FSM capabilities.
- Design complex workflows for Work Orders, Tasks, Technician Assignment, and automated dispatching.
- Configure and extend FSM modules using Flow Designer, Scripting, and IntegrationHub.
- Implement mobile field service experiences, including offline capabilities and user-friendly technician flows.
- Integrate FSM with ITSM, CSM, CMDB, HRSD, ERP, inventory systems, and external field management tools.
- Create solution design documents, data models, and integration architecture.
- Provide technical leadership, guide teams during development sprints, and ensure code quality & traceability.
- Conduct UAT, manage deployment cycles, and deliver go-live readiness support.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying automation, optimization, and performance enhancement opportunities.
- Train field technicians, dispatchers, and end-users on new FSM features and capabilities.
Employment type : B2B Contract.
It would be fully remote working.
