Project Manager – Corporate Operation

Overview

Palex Group is the largest European platform for value-added healthcare, science, and research solutions and services. We are hiring a Project Manager – Corporate Operations to join our team. This position will be based in Barcelona . Reporting directly to the Operations Area Director, this role will manage projects related to the IT, Logistics, and Customer Service departments within the corporate scope. The projects will focus both on the integration of corporate IT tools and reporting, as well as the implementation and optimization of operational processes in IT, logistics, transportation, and Customer Service across the group\'s subsidiaries and countries throughout Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and implement corporate operations projects, coordinating with the commercial area and operational teams in Spain and across the group\'s European subsidiaries.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring successful execution within scope, deadlines, and budget.
• Serve as the main point of contact for various stakeholders across different countries and departments.
• Ensure the proper implementation of projects in alignment with corporate policies and processes.
• Provide regular reporting to the Operations Area Director.
