Seniro Backend Dev. NodeJS / Typescript

We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join our team and help us build a robust, scalable platform from the ground up, leveraging insights gained from our Beta and current product usage.

You will play a key role in designing and implementing the backend architecture that powers our application and integrations with various gym management systems across Europe.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and implement the server-side application logic , develop APIs, create libraries, and manage system components.
• Integrate with external services , such as different Gym Management Software, to enhance functionality and provide data insights.
• Support our customers by implementing their feedback and resolving technical issues.
• Collaborate closely with the team to build a consistent, efficient, and responsive application.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Communicate directly with clients for product conception, onboarding, and training purposes.
• Occasionally travel within Europe to better understand gym workflows and user needs.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience building backend systems (including at least 1 year using Node.js with TypeScript )

Proven production experience with SQL databases (ideally PostgreSQL using Prisma ORM )

Passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge with less experienced developers

Strong sense of ownership and commitment to writing high-quality, testable code

Fast learner with a creative mindset and problem-solving attitude

Customer-obsessed mindset you deeply care about user experience

Experience working in agile, fast-paced startup environments

Excellent communication skills; fluent English (C1 level)
