Partner closely with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to define key profiles and ensure an agile and effective process.

Drive employer branding and cultural initiatives.

Represent the company at job fairs, events, and across digital channels.

&##Highlight key projects and cultural milestones.

Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration or similar.

✅ Proficiency with recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS...).

~ High level of Spanish and English.
