A growing international healthcare agency is seeking a Spanish-speaking Account Director to join its expanding creative team. The team is open to hiring at Account Director through to Client Services Director level for the right experience.

Working closely with art directors, strategists, editors, UX specialists, and digital teams, you'll help deliver integrated, impactful healthcare communications across a range of channels - including print, digital, video, web, mobile, email, and more.

What You'll Do

• Lead the day-to-day management of key client accounts.
• Shape and deliver creative strategies that drive meaningful results for healthcare brands.
• Oversee projects and campaigns, ensuring excellence across budgeting, timelines, and resource management.
• Build strong, trusted client relationships and identify opportunities for partnership and growth.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to bring bold, innovative ideas to life.
• Support new business activity, including pitches and proposals.
