We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager eCommers (B2B & D2C), based in Spain, who want to create a good tomorrow together with us.
Responsibilities
Key Account Management
Own and manage key online retail partners (e.g. eTailers, marketplace sellers, omnichannel retailers)
Negotiate annual agreements, promotional plans, and joint business plans
Drive sell-in and sell-out performance using data-driven insights and strong retailer relationships
Optimize content, visibility, and conversion on partner platforms
Coordinate local execution of regional campaigns and performance marketing initiatives
DTC eCommerce Management
Lead and optimize our own Spanish Direct-to-Consumer (DTC or D2C) web shop and marketplace activities
Oversee all aspects of DTC operations, including UX, content, CRM, promotions, and fulfillment
Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns that drive traffic and loyalty
Ensure seamless customer journey and high satisfaction across all touchpoints
Monitor KPIs and implement continuous performance improvements
Cross-functional & International Collaboration
Act as the key liaison between local Spanish market needs and global / corporate eCommerce and retail teams
Contribute to international strategy rollouts with local market insights and execution excellence
Ensure compliance with global brand guidelines, pricing strategies, and digital frameworks
Expectations
7+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital sales, or online Key Account Manager roles
Industry background ideally in FMCG, consumer electronics, or beauty / healthcare — preferably on the brand side
Proven success in managing online retail partners and DTC channels within the Spanish market
Strong commercial acumen with a digital mindset and performance orientation
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken)
Experience working in international matrix organizations; confident navigating between global and local teams
Hands-on experience with eCommerce tools (e.g. Magento, Shopify, CRM, CMS, Google Analytics, ...)
