About the Role

This position involves providing essential support to the Business Development team by analyzing and selecting products for development, both generic and innovative.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing quantitative and qualitative analyses within portfolio selection and new product development, as well as regularly monitoring competitor performance.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 1 year of experience in data analysis or a similar field.

You should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Proficiency in software applications, such as Excel, and experience working with large datasets are also essential.

Familiarity with clinical and scientific language is highly desirable.

Responsibilities Develop KPIs and dashboards to provide insights into the execution quality of the Business Development and Portfolio teams.

Understand and feel comfortable with clinical and scientific language.

Support Business Development : Assist the Business Development team in identifying, analyzing, and selecting products to develop.

Quantitative and Qualitative Analyses : Perform market data analysis and strategic evaluations within portfolio selection and new product development.

Competitor Performance Monitoring : Regularly monitor and analyze competitor performance.

Create benchmarks to monitor company performance against peers.

Work on strategic or operational projects.
