WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or a related field

1-2 years of experience as a Cybersecurity Engineer or similar role in an OT environment

Hands-on experience implementing, deploying and managing Network Intrusion Detection Systems (NIDS)

Solid understanding of anomaly detection, cyber defense and cyber operations in industrial networks

Proficiency in automation scripting (Python, PowerShell or Bash)

Experience supporting vulnerability assessments and risk analysis of operational technologies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail

Excellent communication skills; able to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders

Fluent in English and Spanish nice to have

Availability for a hybrid schedule (once per week at the office)

Nice to Have :

Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry or other regulated environments

Familiarity with compliance standards (GxP) and OT asset inventory management

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Implement, configure and maintain NIDS in OT networks to detect and respond to threats

Help define and document OT cybersecurity use cases tailored to production sites

Monitor systems for anomalies, investigate intrusion attempts and perform in-depth exploit analysis

Maintain and update OT asset inventories to ensure accurate visibility of devices and systems

Automate routine security tasks to improve team efficiency and consistency

Support vulnerability assessments and risk analyses for industrial control systems

Collaborate with IT and OT teams to design and enforce secure network architectures

Document findings, produce compliance reports and maintain audit-ready records

Stay up to date on emerging OT threats, vulnerabilities and best practices
