Business Developer – T&D Team

⚡ We are hiring : Business Developer – (T&D Team) ⚡

At CHINT Electric , our T&D business keeps growing.

We are looking for a Business Developer to strengthen our position in High Voltage , while keeping an eye on opportunities that go beyond transformers — including medium voltage solutions.

This role is about expanding markets, building relationships and developing business opportunities across the HV (and MV) landscape :

🔎 Identify new customers and markets in utilities, EPCs and industrial sectors.

🤝 Develop long-term partnerships with stakeholders in T&D projects.

📊 Work closely with the technical and application engineering teams to turn specifications into business.

⚡ Promote CHINT’s HV solutions (transformers, substations, AIS / GIS, switchgear).

✅ Requirements

• Proven experience in business development or sales in the High Voltage or Medium Voltage industry .
• Strong understanding of T&D projects, EPCs and utilities .
• Technical background or ability to handle technical-commercial discussions.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (both mandatory).
• Availability to travel.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, result-oriented, with strong networking skills.

📍 Location : Madrid (hybrid work model).
