Role Overview
CUBRO is looking for a Content Strategist to lead the development and execution of content across our main communication channels : editorial, social media, and newsletter.
You will be responsible for crafting and coordinating engaging, high-performing content that reflects our brand’s identity and connects with our audience. You’ll work closely with creative, brand, and performance teams to turn strategic objectives into stories that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
This role is perfect for someone with a strong editorial mindset, excellent project management skills, and a passion for interior design and digital communication.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute the annual content roadmap across social media, editorial, and email marketing.
Develop storytelling and brand narratives that align with our strategic vision.
Coordinate the production of content with internal and external creative teams, including designers, copywriters, photographers, and audiovisual teams.
Ensure content consistency across all platforms in tone, aesthetic, and message.
Work closely with the Performance team to integrate insights and optimize content based on data.
Propose and test new formats and ideas to improve engagement and conversion.
Supervise the end-to-end content production process, ensuring timely delivery and brand alignment.
Stay up to date with content trends and competitor benchmarks to keep our brand at the forefront.
What We’re Looking For
5 years of experience in content strategy, content production, or editorial roles—preferably in eCommerce, lifestyle, or design-driven brands.
Proven ability to develop narratives that connect with audiences across multiple channels.
Strong project management and organizational skills—you can juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat.
Experience working with creative teams (copy, design, video, photography) to produce high-quality content.
Comfortable interpreting performance data and applying learnings to future content.
Excellent attention to detail and editorial standards.
Passion for the furniture, interior design, and lifestyle category.
Fluency in Spanish and English (French or German is a plus).
