We are seeking a highly qualified, experienced and enthusiastic Regional Product Manager to join our team and lead the marketing initiatives for our BD Vacutainer portfolio across EMEA region.

This position will play a critical role in driving market strategy, product positioning, and sales enablement activities to support the growth and success of the Vacutainer product line.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving product strategy, market development, and business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch and lifecycle management of products / solutions, aligning with regional market needs and business objectives. Your expertise in market analysis, communication (ex. Campaign), competitive positioning, and customer engagement will be crucial in enhancing our market presence and achieving our goals.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional marketing strategies.
• Create value propositions and positioning statements for Vacutainer products.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop training materials and sales tools.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing and events.
• Build relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
• Track and report on marketing activities using KPIs.
• Conduct market research and analysis.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure successful product launches.
• Maintain competitive intelligence insights.
• Manage budgets and schedules.
