We are seeking a Senior Sales Representative with extensive experience in Life Sciences sales to lead and expand our presence in Spain. This role is ideal for a senior-level professional with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Life Science or NGS-related capital equipment sales. Experience in CapEx sales will be considered a strong asset.

Responsibilities Seek out new customers and sales opportunities for driving revenue.
Lead and manage critical sales projects from inception to completion, coordinating cross-functional teams, setting project milestones, tracking progress, and ensuring the timely achievement of sales objectives.
Achieve the quarterly and annual sales and profit plan as assigned.
Update the CRM system and manage the sales pipeline by reporting opportunity evolution and probabilities.
Coordinate with Marketing, Customer Solutions and the local sales team to ensure coordination of activities and alignment on common goals.
Uphold strict confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information, including personnel matters, legal documents, financial data, contracts, and other proprietary information.
Qualifications Master's degree or higher in Life Sciences or a related field.
Proven track record of minimum 5 years in Life Science sales within Spain, preferably with high-value capital equipment.
Experience in capital expenditures (CapEx) sales and long-cycle customer engagement is highly desirable.
Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
