Requirements :
Certification in electronics, mobile device repair, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience as a mobile phone repair technician, with expertise in both hardware and software troubleshooting.
Familiarity with various mobile phone brands and models, including iOS and Android systems.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer skills for record-keeping and customer communication.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
