Descripción del trabajoCertification in electronics, mobile device repair, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience as a mobile phone repair technician, with expertise in both hardware and software troubleshooting. Familiarity with various mobile phone brands and models, including iOS and Android systems. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills for record-keeping and customer communication. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Responsibilities :
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues on various mobile phone models, including hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
- Perform repairs on devices, such as screen replacements, battery replacements, and other component repairs.
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure that repairs meet quality standards and are fully functional.
- Communicate with customers regarding repair needs, timelines, and costs in a professional manner.
- Maintain an organized and clean workstation, managing tools and equipment.
