Your Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Pensions & Benefits Manager – Global IEB Lead to join our global Pensions & Benefits team, reporting to the Global Head of Pensions & Benefits. This collaborative team ensures comprehensive oversight, strong governance, and effective risk management for our pension & benefits programs worldwide. On top, each team member takes ownership of a particular area of subject matter in the field of pensions and benefits, ensuring best practices across regions. The CoE leads and manages a diverse portfolio of projects related to pensions and benefits but also provides both strategic-conceptual advice and practical support to our Compensation & Benefits Hub Leads in delivering competitive, locally tailored benefits while maintaining our global standards.

This Pensions & Benefits Manager – Global IEB Lead plays a pivotal role in various key areas :

• Overseeing, governing, controlling our global Insured Employee Benefits Programs worldwide : In addition to regional responsibilities, the role will take global ownership of our Insured Employee Benefits governance, including finance strategy, risk management and cost control.
• Leading, managing and / or contributing to local / regional / global pensions & benefits projects : The role leads, manages and / or contributes to various local, regional but also global pensions & benefits projects supporting our ambition of continuous enhancements.
• Governing, controlling, managing, and shaping our pensions programs : The Pensions & Benefits Manager oversees, governs and actively manages our pension programs from a strategic and conceptual perspective. The role focuses on the design, implementation, and conceptual pensions program offering in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, and in line with our pension’s governance model and strategy.
