As a senior gaming professional, you will lead and manage the ship's Casino Department with a focus on driving revenue growth, enhancing guest satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with all gaming rules and regulations.About the Role- Direct and oversee the day-to-day operations of the casino, including achieving established revenue targets and maintaining high standards of customer service.- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall gaming experience for guests, driving repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.- Maintain a culture of excellence within the department, promoting teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.Requirements- A minimum of two years progressive managerial experience in a casino function in an upscale hotel, resort, or cruise line (shipboard experience preferred).- Satisfactory completion of Gaming Board / Commission approved dealer school.- Strong management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff in a multicultural and dynamic environment.- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.- Possess a good understanding of basic accounting principles and computer software applications.Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university or the international equivalent preferred.- Intermediate level of proficiency in multiple languages (English required).#J-18808-Ljbffr
