At NTT DATA, we are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our fast-growing team to work in our projects for the European Institutions within the Public Sector unit.

Job Purpose

As a Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams (e.G., business analysts, policy experts, operations, communications, and IT specialists) to deliver projects and programmes for European institutions and other public-sector clients. You will ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and in line with agreed objectives and quality standards.

You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the overall management of the project, ensuring the quality of the delivery and the daily management of the client.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Managing project resources (Lead the project team)
• Creating project plans & monitoring project plan execution
• Ensuring quality of the projects
• Delivering projects on time, in scope and in budget
• Managing design principles, business requirements gathering and alignment with the client and project scope
• Managing project risks, issues and dependencies
• Participating in business development activities, leading proposals preparation or contributing in specific elements.

Requirements

the ability to tailor messages for technical and non-technical audiences. Additional EU languages are an asset
