About the role :

We are looking for a senior System Engineer to join our Engineering team. You will lead the development of our modules and systems to deliver cutting-edge cryptographic solutions for our space and commercial projects, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards. What you will do :
- Technical leadership in interfacing with product customers and R&D project partners, in collaboration with the Tech Director and Program Manager.
- Define user requirements in coordination with the Product Line Manager.
- Define system requirements and architecture in collaboration with HW, FW, SW, and Photonics teams.
- Develop testing procedures, plans, and success criteria, including figures of merit.
- Implement testing procedures, prepare scripts, set up testing environments, and execute tests.
- Analyze data and report results.
- Set milestones, work packages, and tasks to achieve project goals in coordination with project teams.
- Plan timing and resources necessary for task execution.
- Communicate technical and programmatic risks and issues to stakeholders.
What you need : Experience :
Experience in system engineering within multi-disciplinary integrated systems, including hardware, firmware, and software.Experience working on space projects with ECSS standards.Leadership experience in multidisciplinary engineering teams is desirable.Experience planning and executing complex test operations.Experience developing test automation software.Experience designing and operating test equipment.Proficiency in writing test plans and procedures, and providing go / no-go judgments.Knowledge of RF and optical systems measurement techniques.Hands-on experience with digital electronics systems is valued but not mandatory.Qualification :
MSC in engineering or applied physics.Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing, listening).Spanish language skills.At least 3 years of hands-on engineering experience.PhD in electrical, telecom, engineering, applied physics, or related fields is a plus but not required.Technical skills :
Proficiency in Python programming.Passion for testing complex systems.Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of statistics.Practical knowledge of quantum system control and implementation.Knowledge of digital electronics is a plus.Soft skills :
