Product Manager (AI & Digital Platforms)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Product Manager to join our innovative Agentic AI Center of Excellence team in Barcelona .

This hybrid role will be instrumental in driving the vision, coordination, and delivery of our AI-powered digital platform , designed to optimize and automate key operations and processes for our clients and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will combine strong product management fundamentals with a solid understanding of AI-driven solutions , data workflows, and agile delivery. You will act as the bridge between business, technical, and design teams — ensuring that product development aligns with our strategic priorities, delivers measurable value, and scales efficiently across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision :

• Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with group transformation goals.
• Translate business and accounting process requirements (P2P, O2C, R2R, consolidation, etc.) into clear product objectives and user stories.
• Prioritize initiatives and manage the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner, development team, and business stakeholders.
