CRM SUPPORT MANAGER

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing CRM support operations efficiently and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Spanish fluency is required as part of this role.

✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

• 5+ years of experience as a CRM Support Manager
• Strong proficiency with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce and Veeva CRM.
• Experience managing support queues, incident categorization, SLA monitoring, and issue escalation.
• Solid knowledge of CRM support processes and documentation best practices.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry standards and requirements.
• Proven experience in leading CRM support activities in the pharma sector.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
