Our client, a global leader in IT solutions for the air transport industry, is expanding rapidly into the maritime sector. To accelerate this growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive new business and take ownership of maritime revenues.
This is a role for a genuine sales hunter. You'll be expected to deliver results at pace, opening new doors across the maritime industry and converting high-value opportunities.
You will identify and engage prospects across shipping, cruise lines, ports, terminal operators, and technology partners. From first contact through to contract signature, you will lead the full sales cycle and consistently deliver new business. Solutions span biometrics, onboard connectivity, fleet performance, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and more. Working alongside solution architects and senior stakeholders, you'll be at the forefront of shaping commercial impact in the maritime sector.
At least 4 years' experience closing complex B2B deals in maritime, shipping, cargo, cruise, oil & gas, or related sectors.
Experience applying Challenger or consultative sales methodologies.
Deep knowledge of European or MEA maritime markets and established networks across ports, cruise lines, and maritime tech vendors.
