Senior Data & AI Engineering Leader

Our company is seeking a high-performing leader to join our Data & AI engineering team. As an Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in building and growing our team.

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and quality

Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business goals

Identify and address skill gaps within the team

Develop and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities

Monitor and report on team performance using metrics such as DORA and OKRs

Requirements :

5+ years of experience in a similar leadership role

Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Technical expertise in Data & AI Engineering

Our tech stack includes AWS Services, like SageMaker, Bedrock, EMR, MKS, and Data Zone, orchestrated with Airflow and Glue. We use Kafka for messaging and events, and a mix of S3, Apache Iceberg, and Snowflake for data storage.

As a system owner, you will lead the planning and scoping of our product development roadmap, ensuring quality delivery, business continuity, monitoring, and performance. You will also promote Betsson culture and principles, continual improvement, and develop people to reach their full potential.
