BESS Energy Analyst - Strategic Leadership Role

About Our Energy Expert

We\'re looking for an exceptional professional to lead our energy management strategy development. The successful candidate will have a strong background in analyzing electricity market trends and developing advanced quantitative models.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze market trends, price signals, and policy developments.
Conduct in-depth analysis of energy asset technologies across targeted regions and market segments.
Collaborate with internal teams to align market analysis with project development and asset operations.
Develop and maintain complex models to simulate and optimize storage dispatch, bidding strategies, and revenue streams.
Lead energy market analysis to support strategic decision-making and monitor third-party bidding strategies.
Prepare presentations, market briefs, and dashboards to communicate insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of experience in the energy sector with a proven track record in energy market and BESS analysis, optimization, and reporting.

Familiarity with financial modeling for energy assets and revenue stacking strategies for BESS.

Solid analytical and numerical skills with a strong affinity for data-driven decision-making.

Teamwork, willingness to learn market intel, and apply current knowledge.
