Key Responsibilities
- Participation in origination, analysis and execution of structured financing transactions :
- Screen potential transactions;
- Perform debt capacity analysis;
- Produce pitches and review relevant company information;
- Prepare all internal credit documentation.
- Strong involvement in transaction follow-up activity :
- Analyze of periodic financial information;
- Prepare internal notes to review the performance of the Project / Company;
- Prepare all internal credit follow-up process, including rating assessment and profitability calculation.
Qualifications / Education required :
Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering.Good academic results required.Competencies required :
Solid financing and analytical skills, including :Accounting principles and international accounting standardsValuation principlesFinancial statement consolidationHard worker and team player;High communications skills : verbally and written;High learningcapacity (and willingness)Skills and knowledge requirements :
Fluent English spoken and written (French valuable);High proficiency on Excel, Word y PowerPoint.
