As we are growing fast, you will be at the forefront of this expansion, traveling to scout new sites, building relationships, and ensuring we maintain a strong pipeline of future projects.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and evaluate new project opportunities across Spain.Build and maintain relationships with landowners, agents, brokers, and local contacts.Conduct initial feasibility analysis (Excel-based).Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure opportunities align with KAI’s vision of luxury and quality.Represent Kai with energy, credibility, and professionalism in the market.What We’re Looking ForOutgoing, energetic, proactive personality, passionate about real estate.Previous experience in real estate development, land acquisition, or brokerage.Excel and analytical skills for preliminary financial analysis.Willingness to travel frequently within Spain.Spanish native, fluent in English.Why Join KAIBe part of a growing, ambitious luxury developer with a clear lifestyle-driven vision.Work closely with a passionate, detail-oriented team.Play a key role in shaping KAI’s future projects.
