Cloud Solution Developer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce professional to support the development and customization of our Salesforce solutions. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with product owners and admins to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Your expertise in declarative tools such as Flows, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes will be invaluable in prioritizing tasks and ensuring the health and scalability of our platform. You will also participate in QA, testing, and deployment processes to guarantee seamless integration and delivery of our solutions. Our ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience working with Salesforce in an admin, analyst, or functional capacity. They should possess strong communication skills, be able to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and have a fast learner mindset comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need :

• At least 2 years of experience working with Salesforce in an admin, analyst, or functional capacity.
• A declarative-first approach to problem-solving, choosing the right tool for each task.
• Strong communication skills - able to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A fast learner, curious mindset, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
