The role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as an AI Cloud Solutions Architect specializing in GPU Cloud infrastructure and MLOps. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing advanced solutions for our clients, leveraging cloud technologies for AI / ML teams and becoming a trusted technical advisor for building their data pipelines.

You are welcome to work from our office in a major European city or remotely from any country within the European Union.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, providing technical expertise and guidance.
  • Conduct proof‑of‑concepts, workshops, presentations, and training sessions to educate clients on advanced cloud technologies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop solution architectures that align with their objectives.
  • Design and document Infrastructure as Code solutions and technical guides in collaboration with support engineers and technical writers.
  • Help customers optimize pipeline performance and scalability to ensure efficient utilization of cloud resources and services.
  • Serve as a key source of expertise on customer use cases for product, technical support, and marketing teams.
  • Support the Marketing department during events such as hackathons, conferences, workshops, and webinars.

We expect you to have :

  • 5+ years of experience as a cloud solutions architect, system / network engineer, developer, or a similar technical role with a focus on cloud computing.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible), Kubernetes, and proficiency in a scripting language like Python.
  • Solid understanding of GPU computing practices for machine learning workloads and the associated software stack components.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A customer‑centric mindset.
  • Hands‑on experience with HPC / ML orchestration frameworks (e.g., Slurm, Kubeflow).
  • Hands‑on experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Solid understanding of the cloud‑based machine learning tools landscape.
