Job Overview A Global Market Insights Project Manager will support the Customer Insights Team in conducting international primary market research initiatives. The successful candidate will oversee all process-related activities of each initiative through the full project lifecycle of Primary Market Research studies.
Develop detailed project process steps, including timelines and resources needed
Oversight of project efficient execution, ensuring projects stay on schedule and are compliant
Support procurement activities
Stakeholder management : effective communication with relevant partners
Risk management : identification of potential risks and development of contingency plans
Key Responsibilities Manage standard projects in a complex global setting
Drive projects with an agile, problem-solving, and solution-oriented mindset
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and other vital processes that impact insights generation
Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in business administration or equivalent level of knowledge gained through experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Healthcare Marketing, Primary Market Research, Secondary Market Research, or project management roles
Project Management certification (e.g., PMI, Prince, Agile) is a plus
1-3 years of professional experience in project management in regulated industries
