Estamos buscando un responsable de expansión y ventas motivado y experimentado para liderar nuestro departamento de expansión por Europa. La persona seleccionada será responsable de dirigir y supervisar nuestra fuerza de ventas, identificando oportunidades de crecimiento y asegurando la satisfacción de nuestros clientes.

RESPONSABILIDADES :

Diseñar e implementar estrategias de ventas a medida para el mercado local e internacional.
Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con otros departamentos para garantizar una estrategia unificada.
Analizar las tendencias del mercado y competencia, identificando áreas de crecimiento.
Asistir a los clientes en los procesos de compraventa y apertura de nuevas franquicias.
Seguimiento de franquicias.
Búsqueda activa de clientes para el mercado OTC.

REQUISITOS :

Experiencia demostrable en ventas, preferiblemente en el sector financiero.

Nivel avanzado de inglés (oral y escrito). Se valorarán otros idiomas.

Habilidad para liderar y motivar equipos.

Fuerte orientación a resultados y habilidades analíticas.

Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y tomar decisiones estratégicas.

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
